One of the best ways to find a person for free is to use the world wide web. It can be done but it may not be as fast or as easy as you think. You may have to spend a lot of time doing research and getting online to do the searching and stuff. For example one time I did some research using a full name, a town, state and age then I found the person I was looking for on an online forum. She had made a comment and it showed her name and email address. She was very surprised when I was able to send her an email. She did not have a clue as to how I could find hers so easily. Most people don't reaize that when they leave a comment online on a forum or something like that, blog myspace ect ect. It may be possible to find them, for example I looked a person up by their online forum id and then checked in quotes in the search box. He had no idea how I could find him eithor. However he had left his email address on something with a post that he had made. He had been looking for a person to rent a room from him.
I really don't understand why the man could not figure out that I easily found him in that manner. Sometimes people don't have a clue how to do this type of research and how easy it can be sometimes. Now that is not always the case, one time It took me 2 years to find a person. I enentually broke down and spent some money from some search site but then the information that I got was outdated and useless.
