The post Developers fail in bid to derail Farnham neighbourhood plan first appeared on BWP ARCHITECTS.]]> The High Court yesterday rejected a case by Wates Developments, Bewley Homes and Catesby Estates that the Government Inspector’s approval of the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan was flawed.

The Judge, Mrs Justice Lang, dismissed the challenge leaving the way open for Waverley Borough Council to now formally adopt the Neighbourhood Plan following an overwhelming vote in favour by the public in a referendum earlier this year.
