{"id":3603,"date":"2011-12-22T12:18:00","date_gmt":"2011-12-22T12:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bwparchitects.com\/?p=3603"},"modified":"2014-07-08T11:24:28","modified_gmt":"2014-07-08T11:24:28","slug":"residential-extension-in-farnham-using-permitted-development-rights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bwparchitects.com\/residential-extension-in-farnham-using-permitted-development-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Residential Extension in Farnham using Permitted Development Rights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following a planning refusal earlier this year for a scheme prepared by another practice we were contacted last month by a client looking for a new design and approach.<\/p>\n<p>The client, disheartened by the outright refusal of the earlier scheme, had decided to drop their ideas for a two storey rear extension to give them a larger ground floor plan but alos a much needed additional bedroom, larger family bathroom and first floor study.
